Twenty-plus years of recording my healing journey in my journals has inspired many prompts and writing programs to help support women who are seeking to know themselves better and live their most aware, most intentional lives.

I felt called to create more opportunities for us to write in our own homes, so I create guided writing prompts and experiences to help journaling feel more supported and accessible and experiences to deepen into our writing and write something entirely new!
